Cancellation policy for room reservation at the Hotel Bernerhof:

• Cancellations made up to 5 days before the arrival date will be not be charged.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total price.
• No-Show will be charged with the total amount. Cancellation or modification of the reservation is only possible with your booking number with telephone or e-mail directly to our hotel.
• Please note different cancellation conditions for "Non-cancellable rates". The deviating cancellation conditions are shown in the rate via "More information".
  
  
• ATTENTION:
  Please note that different cancellation conditions apply to bookings that include the period from 26.12.2020 to 02.01.2021.
  For bookings covering this period, bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations received at a later date or no-show for non-arrival will be charged at the full booking price. Advance payments by credit card are not necessary.

Cancellation policy for apartment reservation at Bernerhof Residence:

• Cancelation or changes prior 30 days before arrival will be charged with 50% of the total booking amount
• Cancelation or changes later than 30 days prior to your arrival will be charged with 100% of the total booking amount
• early departure during the stay: 100% of  the total booking amount

We recommend that you check for separate cancellation insurance!

Payment policy for apartment reservation at Bernerhof Residence:

• We will debit your credit card with 50% of the total booking amount immedeately after you have booked oone of our apartments.
• We will debit your credit card automatically 30 days before arrival with the second 50% of the total booking amount.
• If you book within 30 days before your arrival, we will credit you by the total amount as soon as you have received your booking confirmation.

Tourist Tax:

Please note that all prices are exclusive of the tourist tax of Grindelwald. The tourist tax is 4.70 CHF per person and per night and will be charged separately.
